
Natalie Foley joined UBC in 2025 and is currently a Senior Advisor. The diversity and connectivity of her cross-sector and cross-industry background is brought to bear in her design thinking, growth, and strategy expertise. Previously, she was the CEO of Peer Insight, a venture studio and innovation consulting firm, where she contributed to dozens of new services and products with clients such as Kimberly-Clark, AARP, Nike, Georgetown University, and ArcBest. She also has worked in workforce innovation, having led the Advisory Services team at Opportunity@Work, a startup social enterprise that is rewiring the labor market for the 71M workers in America who are STARs* (Skilled Through Alternative Routes, instead of a four-year degree). During her 8 years at IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers she led strategy, growth, tech, and turnaround projects in several countries across federal and private sectors, including Allstate, the World Bank, the State Department, and the U.S. Agency for International Development/Afghanistan program.
She earned a B.A. from the College of William and Mary and an MBA from University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and is co-author of The Experimentation Field Book: A Step-by-Step Project Guide. In her free time she enjoys being outside with her two kids, reading, volunteering, and going to pow wows with the American Indian Society of DC.
