Data Models & Insights
  • Analyze existing data to develop key programmatic insights
  • Develop data models to:
    • Analyze impacts different assumptions have on outcomes
    • Assist in required data reporting
  • Utilize existing data to develop metrics to assist in evaluating performance
  • Help leaders understand how changes in assumptions will affect outcomes based on different potential scenarios

Business Case Development
  • Define current problem or opportunity
  • Conduct benchmark/best practice analysis
  • Identify and evaluate potential revenue streams
  • Analyze costs and benefits of viable alternatives

RFP Support
  • Provide project management for development of the Request for Proposal (RFP) and selection of the vendor
  • Facilitate the development of RFP requirements, selection criteria, and evaluation process
  • Manage and provide oversight of outside consultants to increase effectiveness
