Minh Le, Senior Consultant (he/him)

Minh Le joined George Mason in early 2023 and is currently a Senior Consultant within UBC. Minh brings a breadth of project and change management knowledge from a variety of experiences in the higher education, healthcare, and hospitality industries. Prior to joining George Mason, Minh was with George Washington Medical Faculty Associates where he worked as a project manager focusing on improving patient outcomes, opening new clinics, and streamlining operational and financial processes. Minh has also worked abroad for nearly a decade at New York University Abu Dhabi and at Marriott Hotels in their London office working on large-scale transformation and global change management projects. Minh’s prior consulting experience includes an 8-year career at Accenture and KPMG with a focus on IT implementations and dispute advisory respectively. Minh received his MBA from Georgetown University and his B.S. degrees in Economics and Management Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University. He is also a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Life Coach, Prosci Change Management Practitioner, Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Certified Practitioner. In his free time, Minh is a Padi scuba instructor and loves taking his rescue dog from Abu Dhabi out to the many parks around Northern VA.
