Silke Vrouletis is currently a Senior Consultant with UBC. Before joining George Mason, Silke worked in higher education at Virginia Tech, where she was part of the Advancement Division and took part in an initiative working to achieve 22% alumni participation by the end of fiscal year 2022. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from City College of New York, where she focused her undergraduate research on Burnout and Depression in Austrian School Teachers. She received her Master’s in Applied Industrial-Organizational Psychology here at George Mason, and is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). In her free time Silke enjoys creating new recipes influenced by countries all around the world.
