Jemimah Boakye-Ansah, Analyst (she/her)

Jemimah Boakye-Ansah joined UBC as a Consulting Analyst in Fall 2026. She was previously an Undergraduate Academic Advisor in the Psychology Department at George Mason University, where she assisted students in academic planning and administrative requests. Jemimah was also a volunteer consultant for the Volunteer Program Assessment (VPA) program at George Mason University, where she worked on consulting projects with several nonprofits to gather data and provide recommendations on volunteer engagement. Jemimah obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychological and Brain Sciences from George Washington University and a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from George Mason University. Her interests are bridging the research and applied practice gap in organizational development, employee engagement, and talent management. In her spare time, Jemimah loves trying new restaurants, dancing, and having “Socratic seminars” with friends.
