Aida Odobasic is a Consultant within UBC at George Mason, where she brings her expertise in analytics and economics. Prior to joining the university, Aida served as a Senior Business Analyst in Capital One’s People, Strategy and Analytics team, where she tackled HR challenges using data-driven insights. Her projects spanned topics such as hybrid work, performance management, attrition, and retention. Aida also has a rich academic background, having been an Assistant Professor of Economics at Otterbein University and University of Delaware. She holds a PhD in Economics and an MS in Economics and Applied Econometrics from the University of Delaware. Aida’s passion extends beyond her professional life; she enjoys hiking, cooking, and baking in her free time. Additionally, she is an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, demonstrating her expertise in process improvement and quality management.
