Jason joined UBC at George Mason in February 2026 as a Consultant. Before joining UBC, Jason worked in operations at non-profits where he streamlined processes, launched new tools, and developed systems. Jason also has a background in higher education and student affairs working within multiple Departments of Housing and Residence Life leading projects and implementing initiatives. Jason holds a MEd in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of South Carolina and a MBA from Indiana University. In his free time, Jason enjoys traveling, playing board games, and staying active.
